Hi Wooshin,
I made a simple check list before getting into the reproducing.
Can you check it for me? the list is below.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Test Environment Check List
[Checked]
1. Use Dvt1 board
2. Use FW version 45 and 47(if 45 fails)
3. On live-channel with non-stopping sound output like Home shopping / Music live channel

[Questions to ask]
1. Is it only reproducible on specific shopping or Music live channel?
2. Does it happen on the all live-platforms as long as the live channel has the continuous sound output, regardless of the high(loud) or low(just like religious prog) pitch sound output ?

Hi Wooshin,
Today, we noticed that there were noises from some part of the TS file.
Since there was a higher priority case of testing new version of Eagle product on different TV, pls wait until early next week to report you the details of the Nosie problem. I will try find the obvious part of
section from the video. Thank you!

* I checked just now that I could hear the tuktuk sound section 13 min ~15min.
will keep you updated!

Hi Wooshin,

Last week, I mentioned that I found the part of the video that produces TukTuk sound, it turned out that it was the sound from the video itself, I put the part of the video as an attachment file for better understanding. I also replayed the video file you sent us for double check, it was recognizable that the Tuk Tuk sound was just simultaneously played in a coherent way you click the RCU button, which I have yet successfully reproduced as real. Can you help me get the exact part of the videos that produces that issue or logs?
Thanks!

Hi Brent,

I don't agree your opinion which video has noise itself because i can hear this noise randomly on various channels.
If you need more dada, please inform me.

Thanks.

Hi Wooshin,

I tested the new live dump file from you today.
I will send you a video file I recorded while testing just for a better understanding of each other.
The summary about the video file I will send you is that unfortunately I still couldn't reproduce the issue.
We will still look for where the issue is originated from.
Tomorrow, I will test the issue under the situation that the setup box uses lots of resources.

Thank you!

Hi Wooshin

We want to send you a screenshot image file to look up.
This is an image that shows the resource usages during testing for tuk-tuk sounds.
Led seems to occupy a relatively small portion during the test according to the captured image.
About the code, it is still the same as before. We will let you know as soon as we have a better idea to solve the issue.

Thanks!

HI Wooshin,

There is a way informed from Sam that you can try again after making sure that the LED function is turned off.
Can you let us know after trying the method below?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
make sure ledd daemon killed:

C:\Sam\_ProgramFiles\platform-tools_r30.0.5-windows\platform-tools>adb root
restarting adbd as root

C:\Sam\_ProgramFiles\platform-tools_r30.0.5-windows\platform-tools>adb remount
remount succeeded

C:\Sam\_ProgramFiles\platform-tools_r30.0.5-windows\platform-tools>adb shell
BFX-UA300:/ # ps -ef | grep ledd
root 389 1 0 13:52:42 ? 00:00:00 ledd
root 7176 7049 2 13:59:02 pts/0 00:00:00 grep ledd
BFX-UA300:/ # mv /vendor/bin/ledd /vendor/bin/ledd_bk
BFX-UA300:/ # killall ledd
BFX-UA300:/ # ps -ef | grep ledd
root 7482 7049 1 13:59:43 pts/0 00:00:00 grep ledd

HI Wooshin,

Thanks for your testing, I will look for other approaches to solve the issue.
Would you mind trying an experiment for me?
It is for double-checking if the test on my side is right or not.
Please, try playing the ts file on the live channel in the same environment like mine.
If you can't hear the tuk-tuk sounds, I will try testing in another way.
Below is the command I used to play ts file.
ffmpeg -re -i BTV_000.ts -c copy -streamid 0:1597 -streamid 1:2597 -f mpegts udp://239.192.67.35:49220?pkt_size=1316

Thanks!
